Welcome to L'Ancre Bleue, a completely renovated charming studio, ideally located 50 metres from Lake Annecy and 300 metres from the old town! With its 26m², this cosy and modern space is perfect for accommodating up to 2 people, offering a comfortable and unforgettable stay.
Located on the 1st floor with a lift, this lovely studio has been decorated in a design spirit to offer a relaxing atmosphere. The layout has been optimised for your comfort, and you can also enjoy a private balcony.
It is equipped with a 55-inch flat-screen Smart TV including a Netflix subscription and high-speed (fibre) WiFi.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster and SMEG electric kettle.
The bathroom with a window is equipped with a large Italian shower and a toilet.
You will enjoy high-end Bultex bedding: queen-size bed and mattress, headboard, duvet and pillows. A travel cot with mattress is available for the little ones.
You won't be missing anything: sheets, towels, tea towels, but also shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper, washing-up liquid, dishwasher tablets, tea, coffee, salt and pepper are provided. And for fans of Savoyard cuisine, the raclette maker is part of the equipment. A hair dryer and an iron are also available.
